Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Garbanzo Beans / Chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- Juice of 1/2 of a Lemon
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 T. Harissa Paste
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 to 2 T. Water (or extra virgin olive oil)
Directions:
- Rinse and drain beans and add to food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients to food processor.
- Pulse ingredients before blending.
- Add water (or extra virgin olive oil) 1 Tablespoon at a time (if necessary) to make the hummus creamier.
